Sharon Green, Manager & Closing Coordinator
Sharon joined Vermont Fractional & Timeshare Transfer Company as Manager & Closing Coordinator in January 2017. She is responsible for all aspects of fractional and timeshare real estate transfers, including communication with parties at all stages of a transaction, drafting of conveyance and tax documents, and the facilitation and coordination of funding and closing. Prior to joining Vermont Fractional & Timeshare Transfer Company, Sharon spent over 30 years practicing law with David Williams in Morrisville, Vermont. In the fall of 2016, her practice merged with Stackpole & French Law Offices and she has continued to work with Stackpole & French Law Offices to integrate both the offices and the clients. Her practice included estate planning, family law, representation of small businesses, and a strong focus on real estate transactions. While she no longer practices law, Vermont Fractional & Timeshare Transfer Company offers her the opportunity to use her experience in real estate transactions to provide excellent service to both purchasers and sellers of fractional and timeshare real estate.
Sharon grew up in central Massachusetts, moving to Lamoille County in 1970. She graduated Johnson State College in 1979 with a BA in History. Sharon started her clerkship with Joe Wolchik and David Williams in 1974 and passed the Vermont Bar in 1979. Throughout the years, she has served on many non-profit boards in Lamoille County. Currently, she is on the Board of Trustees of Copley Hospital, Inc., serving as Secretary and Chair of the Governance Committee. Sharon is also the chair of the Leadership Lamoille Steering Committee, which is a program sponsored by the Lamoille Region Chamber of Commerce.
